I believe that true wellness goes beyond just physical health—it’s about nurturing your mind, body, and spirit in a balanced and sustainable way. My own journey to wellness has been anything but simple, and it’s shaped the way I now approach coaching. I’ve walked through the challenges of neglect, toxic relationships, chronic illness, and struggles with self-worth—experiences that have taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, self-compassion, and the power of holistic care.
For years, I struggled with extremes: undereating, over-exercising, trying to shrink myself to fit an ideal, and pushing my body beyond its limits. I suffered physically, emotionally, and mentally, believing that I wasn’t enough. But through these struggles, I discovered that wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about finding balance and learning to love and care for yourself as a whole person, no matter where you’re starting from.
Today, I’m passionate about helping others—especially women—find their own path to healing and wellness. I coach clients to create healthy habits, develop a positive relationship with their bodies, and build the emotional strength to face life’s challenges. I specialize in helping those navigating chronic illness, disordered eating, body image struggles, and the emotional toll of toxic relationships. My approach is grounded in compassion, understanding, and the belief that wellness is a lifelong journey, not a destination.

My Story

I have a deep passion for helping individuals rediscover their true selves, heal emotionally, and build lives filled with purpose and peace. My journey of transformation has been one of overcoming personal struggles, facing emotional wounds, and embracing faith as my guide. I understand the challenges that come with feeling lost, rejected, or disconnected—and I know what it feels like to find healing through self-love, spiritual clarity, and practical strategies.

As someone who has walked through the fire of personal difficulties—neglect, toxic relationships, health challenges, and low self-worth—I’m now committed to helping others heal from their past and create lasting positive change. With faith at the core of my coaching approach, I guide my clients to a place of deeper self-awareness, spiritual connection, and empowered living.

My story is one of resilience, faith, and transformation. Like many of us, I’ve faced challenges that tested my strength and my belief in myself. From childhood neglect to toxic relationships, battling with my self-worth, struggling with body image, and living with chronic illness. Through each of these experiences, I found healing and purpose. And now, it’s my mission to help you do the same.

A Journey of Healing and Self-Discovery

I grew up in a challenging environment where love and support were often absent. As a child, I felt neglected, and the emotional pain that came with that left lasting scars on my self-esteem. I struggled to believe I was worthy of love and care. When I entered relationships, I unknowingly sought out people who mirrored that neglect, where I felt rejected and unimportant.

But through it all, I found my strength in something much greater than myself—my faith in God. I realized that my worth is not defined by the neglect of others or the pain I’ve experienced. I learned to trust in God's unconditional love, and that trust became the foundation of my healing. With time, I rewrote my self-narrative—learning to love myself, forgive those who had hurt me, and rebuild my confidence from the inside out.

Overcoming Self-Doubt and Embracing My Body

Alongside emotional struggles, I faced body image challenges that led me to unhealthy habits like over-exercising, restrictive dieting, and an undiagnosed eating disorder. I believed I had to be someone I wasn’t to be loved and accepted. But over time, I learned that true beauty comes from within. By shifting my mindset from trying to meet society’s standards to prioritizing my health and strength, I embraced a holistic approach to wellness. I focused on nourishing my body with wholesome foods, strength training, and taking care of my emotional and mental well-being. I began to see my body as a tool of strength and resilience, rather than something to be criticized.

Healing from Chronic Illness

In my early 20s, I was also faced with chronic health challenges—diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and ovarian failure. These conditions brought debilitating pain, frustration, and isolation. But they also taught me one of the most important lessons of all: suffering is temporary, and self-care is essential.

 

I leaned into practices like prayer, meditation, and deep self-care to manage the physical and emotional pain. I also learned to respect my body’s limits, embracing rest and balance rather than pushing myself to the point of exhaustion. These lessons have shaped my approach to wellness, reminding me that health isn’t about perfection; it’s about balance, self-compassion, and honoring our unique needs.

Creating a Life of Balance, Purpose, and Joy

Over the years, I’ve come to understand that wellness is not just about the physical body—it’s about the whole person. True wellness comes from nurturing our mind, body, and spirit, and aligning our actions with our values and purpose.

I now live with intention—balancing self-care, movement, nutrition, and faith—and it’s my mission to help you do the same. As a Holistic Wellness Coach, I work with individuals who are ready to heal from their past, build self-love, and create a life that feels joyful, purposeful, and balanced.
